Height = 881 mts from sea level [200mts from base].

Range – Lonavala.

Grade of difficulty – Difficult.

Approximate time to reach – 1 hr from the pass between fort and Kalakrai pinnacle. 3h hrs from the Karjat route.

Nearest town – Karjat, Dist. Raigad.

Accessibility – Dhak Bahiri stand high in the dense forestry of Rajmachi Hills. For accessing Dhak, there are 2 routes one is from Kamshet via Jambhivli village plying by State transport. From Jambhivili, it is a trek of an hour and half via Kondeshwar temple and dense forest to the gully between Kalakrai pinnacle and Dhak fort. From here one can also visit cave. The other route is from Karjat region via Vadap village. From Sandoshi again reaching in the forest a square of ways from Bhimashankar, Jambhivili, Sandoshi and other going Dhak. There is nothing left on the top of the fort. Dhakbahiri caves are more popular than the actual fort.

Facilities – One cannot stay on the top of the fort. But one can stay in the Bahiri caves or Kodheshwar temple. There is potable water in the lake in the cave. Food arrangements should be done by self.
